In 2017 I looked at over 50 homes in Wellington. While I was looking at one Wayne told me about another, in the area I wanted. I had looked at it briefly but it was untidy and I didn't pursue it at the time. Wayne let me know that it was back on the market and that he thought it would suit me. He was right!
