Wayne and Marina are a really welcoming & enthusiastic team. They are both excellant to deal with, offering some great advice on getting the property ready for sale but were not forceful in their approach. They knew the market well and what we needed to do to be achive the results they got for me. They were really flexible with me moving the dates with getting the unit ready for its 1st and only open home. Just 1 open home was all it took for them to get me some great offers! They worked hard to get me an awesome price. I really appreciated their professional and relaxed manner and the effort they put in to getting me a great sale.
