We were very happy to have Team Trayne as agents for our recent house sale. Tracy and Wayne were professional as well as being friendly and approachable. There was good support from them at all times and as the property was vacant it was reassuring to know they were checking on it. There was excellent communication from them with immediate responses to any inquiries or requests we had. The property sold in a good timeframe for a price in line with our expectations. If you are looking for an agent we can certainly recommend that you check in with Team Trayne.

Working with Team Trayne was an absolute pleasure! Their knowledgeable insights into the real estate market gave us confidence. Team Trayne went above and beyond, making the selling process smooth and stress-free. Throughout our home-selling process, Team Trayne was incredibly communicative. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Their ability to clearly explain complex contract details was invaluable. They were always on time for appointments and provided reliable advice and timely feedback. Team Trayne expedited the paperwork and coordinated viewings effectively, leading to a quick sale. If you’re looking for a phenomenal real estate team who understand the local market, we highly recommend Tracy and Wayne!

Tracy & Wayne, We loved your work throughout the sales process. Your authenticity is what sets you apart from the rest! Treating all parties with respect, in particular potential purchasers, was very important to us given the tight knit community we reside in. Time and time again we had heard that vendors AND PURCHASERS loved dealing with Team Trayne, and this was validated through our own dealings with you both. You never tried to 'buy the listing' and your ability to secure an acceptable sale price in very tough market conditions was commendable. No pressure selling, clear communication, professional, timely and warm in your approach. Well done and thank you!

Wayne & Tracy impressed us from the outset with their creative approach to marketing our home. We were blown away with their vision for how they could generate interest with buyers - and it worked!

Both Tracy and Wayne from Team Trayne are outstanding real estate agents. We approached them because they have been very active in the area. It was clear that they're trusted by many. They received us with warmth and provided marketing advice to better place our property on the market. From the get-go, we know that they are invested in us. While we were on the market, both Tracy and Wayne were communicative, responsive and very patient. Occasionally, there would be challenging buyers enquiring about our property, Team Trayne always does their best answering their questions and accommodating their individual circumstances. It is fair to say that they both take good care of the business they do and they always aim for the ultimate possible outcome for the sellers and buyers equally. We did not have a particularly smooth sail because life happens. While we were navigating the life’s ups and downs, Tracy and Wayne are always there for us to support and help find solutions. It really is a treasure having made two very good friends through the sale of our property. We’d unreservedly recommend Tracy, Wayne and Team Trayne to anyone who’s looking for real estate agents that are trustworthy, kind and do a brilliant job generating successful sales.

Professional and relatable – thank you Team Trayne for selling my home for a great price! The marketing was next level and you never pressured me to take a lower price level than I needed to move forward. The result you achieved has been life changing for me as I head off on my overseas adventure. Communication was excellent and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering selling.

Our house sale was a little complex, however Tracy and Wayne were professional and committed to the sale throughout. They were helpful, proactive and trustworthy, and I would highly recommend their services.

They listen and will not attempt to 'condition' the seller just to get a sale. Team Trayne work hard for however long it takes to achieve a premium price. This is the reason we have engaged them on several occasions over the years to sell our properties. They have our complete trust every time...and every time, they have achieved an excellent outcome. We cannot recommend them highly enough. You are safe with Team Trayne in every respect.

I spoke to a few different real estate agents before making the decision to go with Wayne & Tracey. Our house was unusual, and they saw the potential to market it to a smaller demographic who would appreciate it's quirks. Their plan was simple, clearly outlined and took the stress out of selling a house. They helped out with council issues and advised what to do to make the house more attractive. The photography was superb and the marketing package they put together got the right type of person through the door. They went above and beyond with private viewings to make potential buyers feel as comfortable as we did using them. I highly recommend Team Trayne!

Buying a house is never easy, but Tracy made the process much smoother with her extensive experience, professionalism, and kindness. She provided exceptional support throughout.

Tracy and Wayne have been a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful from home viewing, bidding over the phone to the settlement process. They even helped me buy some second hand furnitures from the previous owners. 😊 They also left some little surprises on my settlement day which I fully appreciate. Thanks for all of your help team! Happy holidays! ❤️

Wow, what a great team - all bases covered. This journey was a challenge for the Tracy and Wayne, and it didn't phase them one bit. Their strategies were thoughtfully planned and executed with top marks along with their down-to-earth no fuss communication style which made it easy to discuss the challenges that showed up. Their combined experience and expertise were outstanding, just like the beautiful red bow on the front door for the new owners - which is Tracy and Wayne's personal signature - a lovely touch of class. On behalf of our deceased dad, thank you again for your amazing guidance, sensitivity, and patience and integrity throughout the process.
