Wayne was great! I like a lot of communication even more so when he’s selling my house in Wainuiomata and I’m based in Auckland. He was really easy to deal with, was thorough with communication and also made great suggestions like providing me information on his staging contact as well as changing the option of how I would review offers. (Changed from deadline sale to negotiation).
