OK, that was a little catchy pun to ensure people read about the absolute legend that is Warren Low. I feel that somehow over the years we have been accustomed to average or above average service - and we have been OK with it. We move on without complaining too much, we put up with sub-par experiences, mistakes and delays, and we accept it as part of the process. It was refreshing for me to deal with Warren as he truly has elevated my expectations of a sales agent. Right from the very start, Warren went above and beyond at every step of the way. He was helpful, he was informative and he ensured that if there were any blockages or issues, he would help mediate and resolve them in a way that would please both sellers and vendors. Our sale was not as straightforward and yet Warren was able to navigate any issues professionally and always helped move this forward without too much of an issue. There are many good agents out there, but Warren is truly a class above. He made sure he vetted the potential buyers, then curated a list of buyers who would fit the profile so that only the right people viewed and put offers for our home. Good communication, works hard a nd proactive

Warren was a pleasure to deal with made the process very easy and relaxed. It was a tough time to sell so Warren worked really hard to market and follow up with potential buyers. His expectations were realistic and he listened well to my questions and helped me understand the process as a first time vendor.
