OK, that was a little catchy pun to ensure people read about the absolute legend that is Warren Low. I feel that somehow over the years we have been accustomed to average or above average service - and we have been OK with it. We move on without complaining too much, we put up with sub-par experiences, mistakes and delays, and we accept it as part of the process. It was refreshing for me to deal with Warren as he truly has elevated my expectations of a sales agent. Right from the very start, Warren went above and beyond at every step of the way.
