Personalised service and great communication

We met with Wanly and Jo and they arrived at our first meeting armed with plenty of information on our property and the area. With Wanly’s help we made a marketing plan over 4 weeks that we were happy with and agreed on an auction date. She guided us through the process of staging and advertising. The property went live and we had open homes for two weeks (Saturday and Sunday) run by Wanly and at least one of her team. Monday of week 3 Wanly and Jo presented us with a pre auction offer. This was lower than we wanted so Wanly engaged in negotiation with the buyer to increase the offer to a figure we were happy with. The auction was brought forward and we had a sale. At all times Wanly and her team communicated with us, were always available if we had questions and we enjoyed what we believe was a very personal service. I would absolutely recommend Wanly and her team.
