Very helpful when it comes to selling and buying

We had almost given up on selling after nearly 2 years on the market. Eric found a buyer just when we needed it. We had to come to terms with a lower than expected price, but Eric didn’t pressure us at all. He gave us good advice and found a way for us to achieve our goal in spite of the price.
