Great communcation and feedback
From start to finish I was kept informed and updated on buyer activity and feedback. I may not have liked some of the feedback but it was honest and enabled me to make a decsion to sell and not drag it out waiting for a price that was not realistic. I loved the idea of cresting a whatsapp group to keep me informed from the listing agents. So simple and yet so effective.
