They made contact well before the house was actually ready for sale, and their advice was always helpful and reflected their many years of experience selling houses. They had lots of useful tips for presenting the house, and when it went on the market, they had a buyer within a week, at slightly more than the price I had been expecting. Went above and beyond to make selling house easy

I spent about 6 months looking for a house. I also had to sell my own unit in order to move. I would have to say, of all my experiences with different agents during that time, VK, Felix and Olga were three of the kindest, most genuine and welcoming agents out there. For example, they were (almost!) always there to answer questions and they helped shift our settlement date a few times during lockdown. They were also very knowledgeable about the house, having already collected all the relevant documentation and having had an electricians report done. (I've seen other agents who didn't seem to know the basics of the house they were selling). It didn't feel like VK, Felix and Olga were in the business of quick sales and quick turnover. Instead, they wanted the experience to be as best as it could for their vendor and buyer. From what I have seen, this type of service is truly something special.
