Went above and beyond to make selling house easy

I spent about 6 months looking for a house. I also had to sell my own unit in order to move. I would have to say, of all my experiences with different agents during that time, VK, Felix and Olga were three of the kindest, most genuine and welcoming agents out there. For example, they were (almost!) always there to answer questions and they helped shift our settlement date a few times during lockdown. They were also very knowledgeable about the house, having already collected all the relevant documentation and having had an electricians report done. (I've seen other agents who didn't seem to know the basics of the house they were selling). It didn't feel like VK, Felix and Olga were in the business of quick sales and quick turnover. Instead, they wanted the experience to be as best as it could for their vendor and buyer. From what I have seen, this type of service is truly something special.

I cannot speak highly enough of VK's integrity, efficiency and attention to detail. His communication skills are impeccable and he is absolutely onto it in terms of getting to know the vendor/client and what their requirements are. He has the knack of discerning the needs of the vendor/client and recognises what information they need to make the sale process as smooth as possible. VK is an excellent communicator ensuring the vendor/client is well informed and understands the next step of the selling process prior to it occurring.
