They were in such a rush to put the SOLD sign on the billboard outside (happened the day after the settlement) without our knowledge and for first home buyers we’ve seen it’s done by the buyer most of the time (as it’s a big milestone) - reached out later to enquire about a few placements of the house just because we didn’t know where everything was located, had no response what so ever. Ended up writing to the previous owner as he was nice enough to leave his contact details in the letter box. - Initial contact was good with their team, when we first put the offer through.
