As superb agent and her knowledge of the market in Dunedin is great.

I have not had the pleasure of meeting Viv Patrick in person, but she was outstanding with her communication, I really felt she was working with me and understood the help I needed. She advised me what to do and helped me make them happen as I was not able to be in Dunedin. I have no hesitation in recommending Viv Patrick. She is an amazing person to work with.
