Viv helped us out in a very difficult situation. Gave us advice on how to market the property that work very well at the time. Viv got her hands dirty when we lost our mum helping out with the cleaning and maintainance on the property. We fully recommend PROPPY and Viv.

Amazing result on the sale of my home from Viv who is very experienced, has excellent local knowledge, great rapport with both clients and buyers and will do her ultimate best to get top dollar for your property. I was delighted that she got $20,000 more than I’d wanted for mine. Can’t rate the experience high enough at 10/10. I was apprehensive at the thought of an internet selling agency but needn’t have been as the conception of how I thought Proppy might work was totally different from the reality. I thought they just stuck it on RealEstate and left you to it….NOT SO!….Viv does all the viewings, open homes, prepares the property details, arranges a photographer, does the negotiations and holds your hand throughout….only at half the price of the other agents. I’m sure we will see a lot more of those Pink Proppy signs popping up everywhere soon.
