We first met Vince at a property in Oriental Pde when we're thinking of downsizing and we struck up a good conversation and that's where it all started Vince visited our home and didn't talk it up like others have done and we listed with Vince of EVES In December 23 we did this as we had a good feeling regarding Vince, the property didn't sell in the ninety days and much to Vinces disappointment but I must say he took it on the chin and stayed in touch, and we listed with another Company and agent who had seen the property as well, in 24 we wanted a rest from all the marketing and open homes and paused everything but it was still listed we were away and got a call from a agent for a viewing we were over it at this stage and explained why we didn't want the viewing to go ahead, this Company promptly cancelled the listing which suited us at this time as all we got from this Company was negativity, I have sold machinery and some of the comments we got should have be kept from us, we listed again with Vince and EVES as again we had this relationship and trust not much happened late in 24 come Jan 25 a lot more interest and a sale was done early Feb. We would recommend Vince and EVES to anyone thinking of selling or just getting an appraisal.
