Vinita helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent Agent, always great to work with and keeps the sellers in mind and communicates well.

It’s been a pleasure working with Vinitha. I would recommend any one looking to sell there property to get in touch with Vinitha. The property market has not been great in Wellington for past few years and despite the situation she was able to sell our property above RV. We are very grateful for all the efforts and extra yard she went through to get the property sold. From advertising, getting the property ready, carrying on with work and keeping track of things, ensuring work is completed on time. There were multiple open homes for groups on times advertised and multiple private viewings. On top she always ensured we are communicated through phone and mails. Keeping us informed on the situation and helping us sell the property with out much trouble. It’s great knowing her and the work ethics, commitment and drive to achieve is what I saw in Vinitha. I am pretty sure she will be a leading agent in Wellington in a few years down the line. Thanks for all the work you have put in for us and Good Luck for your future.
