Excellent communication, understanding, and knowledge.

My wife and I purchased our first home through Vikas. He was absolutely amazing to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful. He explained everything we needed to know thoroughly, directed us honestly, and always advised that we seek our own legal advice, (which of course always lined up with what he was advising). Vikas' communication was always prompt which helped the process move along very smoothly. It didn't feel like there was any red tape, nonsense, or random hoops to jump through. Just a focused, and honest approach. I would highly recommend Vikas to any and all looking to purchase a property.
