I have been involved in the purchase and sale of a number of properties with Victoria and also, more recently, with Charles. With regard to the recent sale, they displayed an accurate grasp of market conditions and used their broad reach in the market to bring qualified buyers to view the house. Once again a successful result was obtained.

We have recently moved to New Zealand and this is my first time buying a home in the country. Victoria and Charles made the process infinitely easier for us. While representing the seller (they made this very clear to us throughout the process), they took care to explain to us every step of the process, timelines, what to expect, etc. Also, we thought they managed the price discovery process (and the back and forth with the sellers) in an efficient and elegant way. We have just bought this house and we hope to live in it for many years to come. However, if we were to sell it, we would have no doubt in selecting Victoria and Charles to manage the process for us.
