Prior to selling our house, everyone asked who is Proppy? Never heard of them......etc. We were also told that the property market had cooled down substancially and to expect less for our property. Well, thanks to Victor Jones and Proppy, within four days days we had four offers and three days later our house was sold! We also got more than we expected for our property! Proppy may not be as well known as other more established agancies and they do not have any fancy offices, so their rates are almost half that of other companies as you do not pay for their overheads. I believe that their service is just as good as anyone else, and having had Victor handle our sale, we felt confident and were well supported throughout the process. He is most trustworthy and honest in his approach. I will, without hesitation, utilise the services of Victor and Proppy any time again in the future.
