Vicky gave us advice on what was needed to be done around the rental property to make it saleable. She also advised us on how much the rent should be as the bank uses this as part of the buyers income for the bank to leaned on. As I have said above Vicky was only to happy to answer the phone any time of the day or night and do open homes on the weekends. Her contact with the tenants was also friendly as they always were happy to let Vicky and the buyers through all the time. A friendly and helpful agent.
