Her attention to detail and the calm and positive way she took us through each stage of the marketing and the sale was very reassuring to us and made the whole process of selling a great deal easier than we expected. Vicki is a true professional with a very human touch. It really mattered to her that we were kept informed and were not stressed and that we got the results we were aiming for.

During lockdown, when forms had to be completed on the computer, she was extremely patient and helpful. Also, I was always kept up to date on the progress of my sale. We have known Vicki for many years through our children's schools and other local connections. She did an excellent job of promoting our recent house sale even when Covid required an online auction. I did not like the impersonal online format but Vicki and Wayne did the best under these circumstances.

Fantastic service and communication

I received excellent service from Vicki. She went the extra yards to enable me to present the property , even planting some plants she supplied herself. The whole sequence of events was explained clearly and and even though the auction went ahead in Level 3 lockdown the process was smoothly. Vicki did a marvelous job.
