We are extremely disappointed in the service we received from Vic. Our property was listed for approximately 4 months. After we signed the listing agreement, we received no communication from him at all. The co-listing agent (Amrita) is new and feel he should have been more involved as the senior agent. The lack of advice we received around completing our own building report prior to listing was disappointing. During the sale process, we were the ones suggesting different strategies for securing a sale (lower the asking price). Their solution was to stop doing open homes and by appointment only. I appreciate the property would not generate a significant commission, but we feel Vic just passed the property onto his trainee to handle with no guidance. Post sale, we still have not received any communication from Vic. A quick email or text message would be standard for a salesperson to the vendor. We do not recommend his services

Hi Nick, I am very sad to hear that you felt this way. You appointed her as your agent by telling me that you are appointing specifically her as she followed up with you more than any other agent out there when you were looking to buy. She was the main point of contact for you, in this case and I was her co listing agent. Also we sold your property 3 times and the delay happened due to non disclosure from you that your property had Borer in the foundation. If you have disclosed that to us (your finding from the buuilding report when you purchased it) then it would have sold in first few weeks itself when we got it under contract in the first couple of weeks. Upon discovering the issue by the buyers building inspector, we recomended you to get the foundation issue fixed. You got a builder to do it and then we sold it again and then it failed again in building inspetion the second time because your builder did half the job so second offer also fallen and then you got the foundation fixed again (this time properly) and then we sold it again and finally went unconditional. I was involved in all the negotiations and even supplied help with finding good builders for getting the issue sorted. I feel this review by you is one sided and does not paint the complete picture of why the sale delayed after we sold it a few times with mutiple offers (more than 5) and started with offer higher than your expectation. If vendors hold back extremely valauble information like borer in foundation, there is not a lot any agent can do except recommending to get it fixed. I hope this tells you both side of the story would request to review your testimonial for me as you appointed her as your main agent as you invited her to do an appraisal and list your property and she took me along with her to present as a co-lister.
