Vic was great to deal with. Helpful, with logical suggestions about how to best sell the property. He communicated well, and it felt like we were working together to make this sale work, rather than just waiting to hear how it was going. When it came to negotiating we expected to get a bit more, but overall a positive result, thanks to us working hard to present the property as best we could, with great suggestions from Vic, alongside Vic's skills with taking people through the property and promoting the qualities of the property, and targeting the most likely buyers. The result was several offers and a quick sale.
