GENUINE AND TOTALLY COMMITTED TO GETTING US THE BEST OUTCOME POSSIBLE.

We knew that the housing market was tight but never envisioned it would be made harder by the banks and insurance companies tightening their criteria with regard to properties with monolithic cladding, irrespective of their design and that would lead us having to settle for a significantly lower price than we had initially expected. Vic knew we had a very structurally sound house with an excellent builder report and was not prepared for us to settle for less than he could possibly get us. He was determined to get US a buyers so WE could move forward and was not prepared to walk away to market an easier property even after our initial contract time was up. Such was his commitment to US, that even when he was halfway across the world with a family bereavement, he was still in regular contact. Vic shared our frustrations making him even more focussed on achieving a sale for US. Vic showed the absolute epitome of professionalism and often thanked us for having faith in him. It was us feeling grateful for sticking with us. He brought us a buyer under difficult conditions which were beyond his control. The sale price was less than we had initially hoped for but we can now look forward to a new chapter. We alway felt it was more about US than HIM. Thank you Vic
