Honest with appraisal . Price range for sale was fair and honest . Greta knowledge of sales and market in the area. Through in explaining the process With a little skepticism on my part I was told by Vic that the average sale time for a property on the market currently was 32 days . I said let's see how good you really are . Vic and Milan were better than good . the property was sold within 6 days . Very help with any questions and very accommodating to meet at times suitable to me after work. I would definitely recommend to friends and anyone wanting to sell in the future

Professional and fantastic communication at all times, but most importantly both Vic and Emma showed great empathy and understanding of what was important to me and what I wanted to achieve throughout the entire process.

As first-home buyers, settlement day was a major milestone for us, so we were highly unimpressed that there was no proper handover, sold sticker, or photo to mark the occasion. Instead, we were simply sent a code to access the front door, while the remaining keys, warranties, and manuals were left in a drawer. We did receive a small gift from Ray White more than a month after settlement, which was appreciated. Communication throughout the process was generally fine, but the lack of any meaningful handover made the experience feel impersonal and took away from what should have been a very special milestone.
