I asked Vic from Bayleys to sell my property as I knew she lived and farmed in the area and also I had seen a large number of Bayley's signs with a sold sign on them. Vic made a special effort on marketing my property with awesome photo's and a well thought out description of my property. I also believe her living and farming in the area gave confidence to prospective purchasers especially those from out of the area. I would definitely recommend Vic.
