I used Vess Rusev to sell my parent's house. Nothing unusual in that, save that they were much older and my father suffered from medical problems that made viewing, for potential purchasers, very difficult. So difficult in fact, that a marketing strategy of a very limited duration was initiated. This involved a sale by auction, with only two weekends where the house, for a short period each day of those four possible days, was available for viewing. Vess succeeded in getting quite a number of potential purchasers through, under difficult, externally imposed conditions. This involved a very [personal] marketing campaign undertaken by Vess, in part through his personal contacts in the industry and in part through undertaking by foot, a leaflet drop in the general vicinity of the property. There were the usual advertisements online and in print. The eventual buyer, came from one of Vess's personal contacts. He purchased the property at the auction, which went smoothly. The sale was achieved quickly, with the absolute minimum fuss and bother to my elderly parents. I could definitely recommend Vess personally as someone who will work hard to manage any personal issues or needs to fit required by the vendor while still providing a professional service in selling your property.
