Market Appraisal was quite unrealistic.

Veronica was very pleasant to deal with, hard working and enthusiastic. However the market appraisal she provided in the proposal to secure the agency was totally unrealistic, and miles above what we eventually got for the property. We can only assume the market appraisal figures were ramped up in order to secure the agency. We would have preferred a realistic market appraisal.
