I have never purchased property before so the worry and the angst came along with the package, which also included hope. Not only hoping for the previous owners to accept the offer but having to go through the legal requirements and making sure the financial part was covered. Vayle helped ease a lot of the above and also offered sound advice when i did not realise i needed it.
