Vaughan and John were a pleasure to deal with. Two highly skilled real estate professionals, the communication was clear and concise throughout the process and they marketed a property exceptionally well. Pre-tender multi-offer two weeks into the campaign saw our property sold within the appraisal range. We couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend Vaughan and John to everyone. Thanks guys.
As buyers of a property Vaughan recently marketed, we appreciated his prompt response to requests for additional viewings, knowledge of the property which meant we had answers to many questions on the spot, as well as his open and transparent communication throughout the buying process. Vaughan kept us informed every step of the way and was the utmost professional. If you're looking for an agent who is open and engaging, with ethics, morals and values in check, Vaughan definitely ticks all the boxes.
Having been impressed with Vaughn and John as purchasers, we sought them out to be our agents, as vendors. We have found NZ Sotheby’s international as an agency, superior from start to finish. Vaughn and John epitomise the professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail that we associate with this company. Their friendliness put us at ease, and their strong negotiation skills achieved a good result in a tough market. I highly recommend them.
Vaughan and John were both amazing agents to work with. Took the pressure off me to sell my home and in a short time frame so I could purchase my next property. Highly recommend them if you’re considering selling.
The sale of our home was a lengthy process requiring a number of changes in the marketing and there were countless open homes which led to a little frustration on our part. Generally Vaughan handled these well. Vaughan and John never declined an opportunity to attend an open home and in this respect drove the sale pretty hard. There was a moment when completing the deal when we felt pressured and would have liked more time to consider our next move, but the outcome was over-all satisfactory.
Very professional. Guided us through the auction process and couldn’t be happier with the results. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks so much.
Vaughan and John were great to deal with, always easily accessible. Throughout the marketing of our home and the purchase of our new home Vaughan and John always responded to queries and tasks immediately, send the message and back comes a response, every single time. Ooops, 'I forgot the time of an inspection', no worries they are here to help with last minute preparations. At the time of negotiation, they showed great incite and patience, always listening and working through each situation to the end. To have a cyclone in the middle of the process of sale and purchase of a home is unusual and Vaughan and John were up for the challenge. We were very happy with their efforts to fully inform, to be available always and to bring in an expert where necessary. They are not work shy and certainly put in the time and effort to enable us to achieve the outcome we wanted. Thank you Vaughan and John, it was all well worthwhile we love our new home.
From the very first time we met with Vaughan and John we were impressed. They were friendly, very knowledgeable about the local area and kept us fully informed at all times. They worked tirelessly on our behalf during the sales campaign and they achieved an outstanding outcome for us. We cannot rate them highly enough and we thoroughly recommend them.
Vaughan was fabulous from the first meeting, giving our family confidence that we had the best person to market and sell our property. Vaughan gave us the very best advice in regards to marketing and consequently we agreed to go to auction. This proved to be an excellent suggestion with a great outcome. We are very happy to recommend Vaughan, with his professional efficiency and experience. We appreciated the level of communication, the reporting of interest in our property and the feed back was very helpful. Thank you Vaughan, an outstanding job.
