Varinder, provided excellent service, helping me secure a house that was already under construction and suited all my requirements. His approach was clear, showing us existing properties by the builder and explaining everything in plain language. His responsiveness was consistently appreciated, particularly his quick replies, even on weekends. However, I would suggest making courtesy calls to purchasers of new build homes during the construction process. There were several long periods without any contact, and a simple check-in would greatly help ease the buyer's anxiety and keep them reassured
