Vanessa and her team had excellent communication throughout the marketing and sales process. Regular face to face meetings to review strategies and discuss progress or lack thereof, were beneficial to move the sale process forward. Initial sale price estimates fell well short of the final outcome, but that is most likely due to the nature of the current market. All the advertising, marketing and sales paperwork were very well prepared and the entire sales process was handled with professionalism and efficiency.
