I was so pleased with the service that I received from Vanessa. She had been keeping me in touch with the market over a number of years, and so I knew where things were when the time came to sell. She came up with the right plan, was very clear about what would be involved in the marketing and the costs, gave very good suggestions about what I needed to do to tidy the place up for presentation. And was always available for a call. She added some of her own personal touch to make sure the property was just right. Fortunately the right buyer came along quickly, and she helped with getting the complex details right for both parties. Her follow up through the process was really good. Highly recommended
