We had been lucky enough to obtain pre-approval for our first home. Attending many open homes and finding the many approaches real-estate agents have we were very pleased to have meet Vanessa. She was outstanding on first encounter, she understood that the process was one we had very little knowledge about she took the time to explain the process allowed extra time for me to read and reread to gain understanding clear about the process and our obligations along with the obligation she had to reinforced she was bound too. Vanessa remained in frequent contact during the process and made herself available when required for us to complete requirements for the bank e.g. being present for the building inspector. Overall Vanessa had a real outlook on life a warm nature and showed professionalism on each interaction.

She marketed our house brilliantly, including use of social media campaigns and sold it after the 2nd open home in an area that tends to take months to move!
