Purchasing a property when you don't live locally means you rely on your agent for good communication and information. I contacted Haley Smith and worked mainly with her. She was excellent, nothing was a problem and she always replied promptly, even when I had to contact her out of business hours. We were kept well informed at every stage and were well supported through the auction process. All queries were followed up promptly and clearly answered. We liked Haley's manner, helpful but no hard sales spin or pressure which we appreciated. Haley and Urszula made our purchase experience easy and stress free. We would happily recommend them.
