Quick sale for more than we expected. The auctioneer was an absolute magician. Very happy with how everything went except when the commission was charged it was not at the rate that had been agreed. Error was fixed fairly quickly but shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
Super easy to work with and we felt at ease immediately. Tyler has the x factor to be able to approach and work with buyers without being confronting. His communication and knowledge of the area was fantastic. He worked hard to get an awesome price for us and his team were amazing to work with. Big shout out to Josh who was awesome too!
Tyler and his team have been exceptional. We listed twice with them, the first time wasn’t the right time, however the effort and attitude displayed was on another level in comparison to other agents. Tyler is professional and honest in every interaction and dedicated to open conversation. “How can we make this work?” Is a common question. Tyler has gone the extra mile for us. He has an in-depth knowledge of the market and his prompt responsiveness made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Thanks mate!

I found Tyler to be excellent and very professional in every matter to do with selling my property. He kept me informed every step of the way from the auction and right to selling after the auction.
My wife & I recently engaged with Tyler and his team to assist our search in finding a new property to accommodate our growing family. Within two weeks of meeting Tyler, he had arranged a vast array of different properties for us to consider both on and off the market. We thought we had a very clear idea of what we were looking for, but Tyler's suggestions were thought provoking and one ultimately proved to be the right choice for our family. Tyler worked fastidiously throughout the entire process and managed to sell our property at Auction after 3 weekends of open homes. His calm confidence was assuring at a stressful time for my Wife and I, his understanding of the local market is second to none and his ability to quickly build rapport with the buyers was evident. Jenna and I are beyond thankful to Tyler for his excellent work in supporting us through this process. I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone asking for an Agent.
I am immensely grateful for the exceptional service provided by Tyler Broughton and Nicole Donovan in facilitating the sale of our land. Their dedication and expertise played a pivotal role in ensuring a swift and profitable transaction. Firstly, Tyler offered us a comprehensive market report, shedding light on the current property landscape and recommending an optimal price range for our land. His attention to detail and informative approach, coupled with a competitive fee structure, instilled confidence in our decision. Throughout the property's listing, Tyler remained proactive in delivering updates from potential buyers, alleviating any undue concerns on our part. Tyler and Nicole also formulated a strategic plan to position the property effectively in the market, ensuring it met our expectations. When it came to the contractual and agreement phase, their adept communication skills facilitated seamless interactions between the buyer and seller. They provided invaluable insights, and their patience in maintaining constant communication stood out. Even during busy periods when we missed their calls or messages, they persisted in providing updates and diligently followed up on matters. Their tireless commitment, often working late, was instrumental in the successful sale. In the end, our property was sold within an impressive timeframe and fetched a favorable price. We cannot overstate our appreciation for their assistance and wholeheartedly recommend Nicole and Tyler to any future buyers or sellers.
