Perfect and clear communication!

My husband and I were first time buyers in New Zealand. Tyler took the time to explain the process to us in a clear, friendly way and made us feel well informed during the whole process. He acknowledged the nerves that auction sales can bring but also took us through the steps of what to expect prior, which we both really appreciated. His communication was fantastic, always answering calls and messages super quickly and dealt with us in a calm, professional way whilst still being super friendly!
