Tu research and market knowledge is on point - we had 4 agents appraise our property and having now sold - he has proven to be the most accurate by far! Tu was excellent at hosting open homes and driving initial interest to get us under offer. Tu is great at engaging with buyers and was fully committed to generating the best offer for our property. The negotiation phase was a bit bumpy, with some unnessacary communications but Tu has a fabulous attitude and gives everything his all. We would recommend Tu to people considering selling!
