Selling our house was a pretty emotional process for us. My grandma owned the house before us and left it to our family when she passed, so there was a really strong connection to the home. We lived there for nearly 8 years and brought our babies up there too. Tumehe knocked on our door originally and from the first meeting we just had a really good feeling about him. He honestly felt like part of the family pretty quickly. He was great with our kids, brought heaps of energy and enthusiasm and just made the whole process feel exciting instead of stressful. The communication was really good the whole way through. We always knew what was happening and never felt left in the dark. We ended up getting 5 offers and the whole process felt really straightforward and easy. What stood out the most was probably how understanding and supportive he was through the emotional side of selling the house. It was our first time selling and he made it feel way less overwhelming than we expected. Would definitely recommend Tumehe to anyone selling their home. 10 out of 10.
