We had a fantastic experience working with Trista Townsend. She was unwavering, incredibly helpful, kind and handled every situation—especially the demands of a challenging buyer—with professionalism and ease. She quickly recognised the property was exactly what we’d been searching for and while it was clearly a renovation project to embark on, she saw the potential, which is now starting to shine through and guess what….she was right. She worked hard for us as buyers but also clearly remained committed to her vendors as well. That balance really stood out which is a great combo.
