When my mum became ill and moved into a rest home I was faced with the daunting task of selling mum's house for her. I had met Trista briefly when another family member bought their first home through her. Her bubbly, friendly personality stayed with me and I thought I would give her a go at selling mum's home. From start to finish, Trista took over and did what she does best. I can not thank her enough for alleviating the pressure that was on me during the time I had to focus on my mum. Trista worked so hard on our behalf and kept us up-to-date on every aspect of the process. Trista accompanied me on social visits to mum, just so she could meet the lady who had spent thirty happy years in the house that Trista was now selling on her behalf. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and we really feel she has become a friend of the family. She is a kind person but also knows her stuff when it comes to selling houses. I would not hesitate to ask for Trista's help again should we decide to sell our own house and would recommend her to anybody I know who is thinking of selling. Top marks Trista, thank you. A+++
