Trista made the selling process easy for us. Not being resident in Dunedin it was good to know Trista was taking care of things for us. She went the extra mile and organized some minor repairs the house needed so it was ready for sale. Knowing she was on top of things took away a lot of the stress, especially as we couldn't be there ourselves. Trista managed to secure a reasonable price in a falling market and without the house being on the market for too long.
