Without much time remaining in the year Trista got us an offer before the difficult Christmas/New Year period & then kept our spirits up through a long conditional period. Her positivity throughout the process was very reassuring.
Very professional, friendly and informative. Trista kept me in the loop about the progress of my house sale at all times. She was informative and gave me a lot of feedback re viewers comments and or remarks. This helped me to adjust our marketing structure according to market demands. Which in turn allowed us to get the property sold at a great market rate. I have used Tristas services previously, about 3 years ago, with the purchase of our present property. Her, to, she was of valuable service and assistance. Trista definitely has no problem with going the extra mile, up and above her regular service. In the event that should I require the service of an estate agent again, Trista will be my first port of call.
