Trish Whale

We bought our house through Trish in 2012 and then sold it through her in 2025. That says it all! For the recent sale, Trish ran a disciplined and smart campaign. She developed the market patiently, resulting in the house selling on deadline to a happy buyer, for an excellent price with multiple very competitive offers on the table. She gave us sound advice on where we should spend money on marketing but also where we could save money to get best bang for buck. Trish put in some long hours behind the scenes and always made herself available. Communication was excellent. Trish makes a point of being honest, bluntly if necessary, with both buyers and vendors. She is a straight talker, but she also makes effort to get to know her clients and as people/friends. In summary, Trish is a real character who can be trusted to work hard and act with integrity whether you’re buying or selling.

From the first encounter with Trish to the final day of going unconditonal , the experience was incredible as nothing was an impossible and this was due to the level of knowledge and experience that Trish has and continues to add to.

Although I did not work with Trish directly, she was very professional and very good at getting the information required around the house we were buying. She was the agent that was selling this property and was very easy to communicate with through our other agent! Very well done and we enjoyed our experience with with Trish!

From the first phone call conversation till now Trish has always been a true professional with all of the dealings involved with putting a property on the market and the seller not really understanding what is involved i.e.. the paperwork. Trish has an incredible gift of understanding and listening to her clients and this shows thru her market place knowledge and why we chose Trish to help us sell our home. We cannot fault anything that Trish did for us , she focused on what we wanted and made it happen , whilst teaching us along the way. I have also bought a house for myself recently and I chose Trish to guide me thru this new journey with her real estate knowledge.

Very happy in the end with how everything worked out, We had a slow start as the vendor was not sure what she initially wanted however communication was consistent and Trish was honest with the situation.

Trish was excellent selling my house and helped me in so many ways in finding another house. I couldn’t have done it without Trish helping me and giving me advice I give Trish a ten out of ten very friendly and only a phone call away if I had any questions which I did phone Trish every day.
