We left contact details and Trina got in touch extremely promptly, visiting us at home with her agent husband, Gavin shortly afterwards. From the outset, we felt extremely confident that Trina and Gavin both understood why we believed our home’s special features should attract a premium when compared to other listings in our area. They delivered a realistic appraisal, carefully explained all marketing and selling options to us and at no time did we feel any pressure to follow a particular course of action. We fully expected our home to take a little time to sell as it is a smaller home more suited to couples than families. Not in a million years did we expect Trina and Gavin to assist us in negotiating a sale just four and a bit weeks after marketing started!
