Tracy was very friendly and helpful whenever we had queries. We didn't interact with her very much during the process because it was all very straight forward and easy. There was no issues, however, I think it would have been a nice service if we could have the keys presented to us at the house rather than having to go out of our way to obtain them.
Tracy is based in Upper Hutt, but we were recommended to contact her for the sale of our Wainuiomata property. Tracy took it on no problem, she is punctual, bubbly, very experienced and a wonderful person to deal with from the start to the finish.
