A hard-working pro-active agent, a pleasure to work with; a gem

On a friend’s recommendation I engaged Tracy to market a Christchurch property, a proposition made difficult by seismologic (Christchurch post-earthquake!) and bylaw issues. Tracy applied herself diligently and pro-actively to the task, producing a well-run sales campaign. Tracy met head-on the various issues with the property, finding answers to demonstrate to potential buyers. I was happy to listen to and benefit from Tracy’s advice and suggestions given her experience in the real estate market place. Tracy’s campaign was successful in a timely manner. Her commission I have happily paid given the time, effort and skill which she brought to bear in achieving that success.
