She knew when to insist on certain aspects and gave us we nudge when necessary which paid dividends in the end We live rural and not in the same area as our property and this was no barrier for Tracy. She had methods for achieving what was required from a distance with minimal meetings in person which was big help to us. Working from a distance meant we were unable to attend to certain arising matters in a timely manner so Tracy in my eyes went above and beyond coordinating trades people and took care of details ensuring a smooth process.
