Tracey made the exercise of selling very easy. Once we had answered all the mandatory requirements for AML the rest was all taken care of by Tracey. Any queries she may had were quickly asked & dealt with to satisfy any potential buyer. Tracey & Ian K took control of the small bits that matter & proceeded to market the property without interruptions to us(owners). The process was seem less. No sale happened at the auction but follow up by Tracey & Ian secured a suitable buyer whom they worked with for a great result. Being out of the country was not an issue due t9 Tracey knowing what our expectations were prior to any marketing.
