Tracy has been 100% focussed on achieving our property sale. She regularly communicated; was honest about the market trends; faithfully did the open homes even when no-one turned up; and encouraged us not to give up in a difficult time for real estate, esp in the upper price bracket. We would have liked at least $100k more but high end homes dropped.
