Tracy was very pleasant to deal with throughout - from the open home viewing through to answering all our questions and providing the information requested in a timely manner and in putting together our offer. Her polite and prompt yet professional manner confirmed to us, that Tracy understood what we were looking for and assisted us in eventually buying our home. We would highly recommend Tracy to both sellers and buyers who are looking for someone who will genuinely understand you and what you’re after, will help you remove any obstacles and worries about any part of the process and will bring everything to a successful conclusion!

Tracy does have strong market knowledge having been an agent for quite some time.

I first me Tracy as a potential purchaser and I was impressed by her communication, integrity and local market knowledge. She was also a great negotiator. When it came to listing my house for sale Tracy was my first choice. Again, she was consistent with her communication skills, local market knowledge, networks to get the job completed and top negotiation skills. I have now bought and sold a number of times and without hesitation I would recommend and use Tracy again.
