Tracy and Kathryn - very supportive

Tracy and Kathryn recently sold us a new house. They had encountered us earlier at some other open homes and realised that this place might be a good fit for us, so they let us know about it really early on - before it even came onto the market. This gave us extra confidence to make an offer - as we knew we had a head start on most other potential buyers. As it happened, the listing agent for selling our previous house worked at the same agency as Tracy and Kathryn. They all worked really well together to make sure that the conditions on our new house and on the house we were selling could all be met in a timely way. Thanks for all your help :)
